Hello from Buckinghamshire South Fundraising Group.
This award-winning, high profile fundraising group of experienced, enthusiastic, and loyal volunteers raises vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support throughout the year.
By hosting events like the annual Holly Ball with Candlelight, cash collections, virtual fundraising, quizzes, and encouraging our supporters to fundraise, many of Macmillan’s crucial cancer support services available to people in Buckinghamshire simply would not exist without the fundraising activities of our group.
Formed in 1994, and with over £500,000 raised since April 2015 the group knows no bounds; we raised £167,000 in 2023 and have now exceeded our original target of £1,000,000 by 2024 having raised over £1,230,000 to date!
The need for Macmillan’s services is greater than ever. Funds raised will help to fund Macmillan’s free and vital services in our local hospitals and the community right now, this year, next year and beyond.
We will do whatever it takes to be here for people who need to access Macmillan’s services in Buckinghamshire.
