The Coracle World Championships is an iconic event in Shrewsbury, which has been raising vital money for Macmillan Cancer Support since 2007. Teams of 4 paddle a traditional coracle boat in a relay race across the River Severn, with the winners being crowned World Champions. Come along and join us for a splashing Friday afternoon on the river!

As well as being a fun team-building activity and unique networking opportunity, the aim of the event is to raise money for the vital services provided by Macmillan Cancer Support in Shropshire. In total, this event has raised over £420,000 since 2007, which has helped to deliver life-changing support to people affected by cancer in our local area.
